Refund Policy.

All shop sales are final. However, if your order is received damaged or gets lost in the mail I will either issue a partial refund at 50% or issue you a gift card to my store for the same price as your order. If you have any issues with your order please shoot me an email so we can work it out!

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped every Friday so your order will ship the first Friday following the day you place your order. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Your provided tracking number will provide an estimated delivery date.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship to every country! Orders placed outside of the United States will have a more expensive shipping rate.

Can I have a different name on my package than what is shown on my order?

Yes! In order to protect and respect my Transgender and Nonbinary customers, I am more than happy to change whatever name is needed to keep you safe and comfortable. All of my orders include a thank you card with your name in addition to the shipping label. If you’d like these to be different than the name on your order please leave a note on your order with what name you would like used instead! I can also make the thank you card and the shipping label have different names if you need to keep yourself safe from someone you live with but don’t want your dead name on your thank you card. Just specify on the note in your order which name should go on the shipping label and which name should go on your thank you card!
